Good. I'm gonna talk to Kurosaki and the other docs and see what can be done about Rikku's lil' mess, but til we can find a solution, we need as many clear heads as possible.

That depends. Setzer's cooked up a plan that just might work. Basically, we herd everyone hit by the gas on top deck to clear their heads until they sober up. The tricky part is, though, getting them up there without getting hit ourselves.

The simplest ways to do it would either to lure them up with bait or herd them up like cattle.
