Well bird flu is generally spread by contact with the live birds, not really by eating the chickens themselves. The other problem would be that the avian flu itself is at risk of mutating and possibly becoming able to spread from human to human. Oh and chickens are a large part of many economies that are already fairly unstable... but no no Brendan's right, lets just stop eating chickens. That will solve the whole problem of course.

i saw you in the library this morning at 7:30, i think it was our common headphone wearing that stopped me from saying hi. is it the music, or the devices through which we listen that is destroying communication?

I like to pretend that the animals are rising up in revolt...first came the mad cows and now the chickens. soon they'll get the pigs on board and it will be like a post-modern animal farm or something..
