Co-op gives you a couple years of real-world experience in your field, so I wouldn't worry about that necessarily. As for loans and debts, co-op will once again help with all of that. Unless you really want to teach, and I recall you saying something about your dad wanting you to get into that instead of law, I wouldn't do it. In my experience, things have a way of working out, and Law is definitely a practical degree.
