I found the issues with my dog really frustrating.

I can see where positive reinforcement is useful in constructing good behaviors, but sometimes I wonder if it's more straight forward to simply punish. I lost all control over my dog earlier and had to crate her because I was at a total loss on what to do at that point, which has never happened
