Question of the Day: Do you have any regrets in your life?

You know how sometimes you feel so tired at night, but you just can't seem to sleep?  It's been like that with me for a while now.  This insomnia is really bothering me.

Is there something that keeps my mind racking in my subconscious that I can't even get a good night's sleep?  I wonder.
