it is so sunny and the clouds so boston-like that every song i listen to sounds like spring, like newness and fresh, and even the little fuzzy feeling in my stomach (nervousness for the weekend a bit, and thinking about my oral in a bit more than a week's time) is starting to adapt to the sun. yet the trees are still bare! oh well. so it goes

Gordon, is the Boston picture one of yours? It's breathtaking, and yes, I sense Spring coming on, too. You can see it in a subtle shift of light. Doesn't hurt that the amaryllis bulbs are all in bloom!
