She has a persona named Kanzeon which is her persona’s final form once you max out her Social Link. It’s main use is mainly for support for the others since it has very little attack power, but it is great for getting information off of shadow's to find their strengths and weaknesses.
It can also scan certain areas to find things like treasure and where enermies are, as well as helping to heal a tiny bit with each floor that they went up
She also has pink framed glasses that can see through unnatural fog.
How would they use their abilities?:
Well she won't really be needing to use it hre, but if she does she'd properly use it the same as she would of back in her own world.
Appearance:
With a height of 5'2 and weight of 41kg's, Rise can be considered small is not close to average if you add her skinny like frame. Her hair is bruenette and it's always in pigtails whenever you see her. Eyes are brown, much like her hair colour as well.

Rise is what you would see as one of your everyday, cheerful girls, who is always in very high sprits and comes with a smile that rarely seems to disappear. Unless it’s something she knows would call for a more serious matter. She is very positive in the things that she does and wants to be of help to the team when she first joins, becoming a big help in the supporting role when she does.
Out of the whole group Rise is the one that seems to be the friendliest and would be easily be able to speak with others and can even talk to people who are more serious without batting an eyelid. She is also to be known to be a very kind and caring person, for example when it comes to her fans as Risette she still reads their mail and in one case talks to them via letters. Unlike her ditsy showbiz side that is Risette she is more different from that side of herself.
Rise is one who hates people seeing just her idol side though, as the shadow of her true self showed to everyone. She is just a girl who is like everyone else, and that is how it started to begin with, but by the end of the game and when the social link is at max she wants to go back into that world, but instead show of just going back to the way things were before, she wants to show the her fans that there is another side to her and not the one that she was always showing in the first place.
Rise also can come off as a bit of a flirt at time, especially when it’s around the main character. Right off the bat after saving her she started and has shown to do this through out the game on occasions.
She can also care for not only other people that she doesn’t know, but cares deeply for her friends as well, as proven when she helps out with being the support role for the group, taking over for Teddie. She has shown that she is a reliable friend to have on their team with her abilities with her persona to help them figure out how to be able to beat certain shadows.
She can easily express how she is feeling and will do if she is feeling sad, depressed or even happy at the time. She is also a very good actress since she has to act at being Risette before she quit show business at the time.
Background:
When Rise was growing up, she was a shy and lonely child and because of that shyness she would always be bullied by her classmates throughout most of it. It was not until a relative of hers entered her into a competition and when she won it. Thus was the start of her stardom. The reason she accepted in the first place was because she thought that if she was popular with fans, then she would be able to have more friends, but the so called ‘friends’ only were interested in the person that the company had made Rise become and that was Risette, not the person she was in the first place.
After sometime in the spotlight, she quit being an idol and said the reasons was because of her health and went to live in the town of Inaba, where her grandmother was and worked at the tofu store that she runs to help her out. When people had heard she was going to be there, people had started to flock to the tofu store just to get a glimpse of her, but would leave disappointed when it was said that she was not there afterall.
She soon met with Souji and Yosuke and Kanji soon after the people had left and they had entered the store, serving them tofu that they ordered. She answered the questions they asked, which she then mentioned to Detective Dojima, Souji's uncle later on that they had been there and had asked her a couple questions.
It was not long after that, that she was kidnapped and thrown into the TV. Her dungeon was that of what appeared to be a strip club and her shadow looked like her in a bikini, saying that she would reveal all when the shadow did appear on the Midnight Channel. When the team got there to rescue her, she and her shadow were talking, with the shadow saying that this is what Rise really wanted, but Rise explained that the shadow was not her. This caused the shadow to go berserk and attack the others, taking on a completely different form. After a while, the shadow was soon able to dodge any attacks the team threw at her.
The shadow was eventually stopped by Teddie and Rise accepted it as being apart of who she was and the shadow turned into her Persona, Himiko. During the second battle that followed hers soon after, Rise was a really big help being the support from behind the scenes, instead of doing the fighting. Soon after she was saved, she joined the team and had taken over the supporting role that Teddie had done previously before her.
During their search to find out just who was the person who was throwing people into the televisions, when they soon caught who they thought was the killer, they had been proven wrong, by another person being taken. This person was Naoto, a detective who had been investigating this case herself. After they had saved Naoto and gotten a new member of the Investigation Team they went on a save another person called Mitsuo Kubo, who they orginally thought was the killer, which turned out it wasn't.
After that there was another person who was taken. That person was Nanako. Souji's cousin and close friends with everyone else, so like all the others they had saved before this one, they had to save Nanako as well, but this time it was more personnel compared to the others before them.
After they found Taro Namatame, the person who had kidnapped everyone and they believed kidnapped the first two people who had been murdered, Ruse helped out with the support in the battle. Once he was beaten they believed that the battle was done and over, but while at the hospital and debating on if they should throw the man who they thought did it into the TV, which they did not in the end, they soon figured out that someone else was involved with the murders of the first two people originally. So they decided that they would investigate just who that was and why someone would even do it in the first place.
During December the fog would not lift away and they discovered that by putting on their glasses that they could see through it, which meant that the fog was not the normal fog that they would get usually, it was the fog from the other world that they go to though the television. On further work they soon discovered just who killed the two women previously and with the others, Rise went with them to be the support as usual backing them up when they confront Tohru Adachi in the other world.
After they had defeated Adachi, they watched as he was taken over by someone else, someone who said they were behind the fog. So yet again Rise was to provide backup and support through yet another battle as they managed to beat them as well. With victory won for them, they spent until April happy and in no need to be saving people as it was not going to be happening anymore, but by the time April came around, something still seemed off and it was soon discovered that it was because there was yet another person who must of made that world and the shadows in the first place.
It was discovered who it was it was a god that was sealed away, one that was mentioned in a story they were told when they went on a visit to another school. When confronting her, they soon saw her true form and one by one each person was killed off, much to Rise’s horror, but in the end their side won and everything seemed fine and as the fog started to clear they saw what was the real place behind the other world, rather than the one they had seen previously.
After watching the wonder that was what the world really looked like, it was time to say there goodbyes to Souji as he got on the train. Rise along with the others ran along the train until they could not anymore as they watched him travel off back home.
Social Link:
During Rise’s social link she reveals to Souji about her childhood and how she became an idol. She saw her manager who tried on a couple of occasions tried to get her back into the world of showbiz, but Rise refused as she did not want to go back to that, to be liked only because of her personality that she was made to have.
At one point during the social link she gets a letter from a fan explaining what she was doing as Rise told him that she would like getting the letters from this person and that she felt like reading them and seeing what the girl does because Risette encourages her to try made her think Risette actually meant something.
By the end of the social link Rise decided that she will go back as an idol and show the world that she is not just Rise, but she has a whole different side to herself as well and also learned that Risette was also another side of herself, not just one she though was fabricated by her manager and the people she worked with. She also gained her final persona which was named Kanzeon.

[She stands up again, thinking about this for a moment, before picking it up again.]

I wonder if I can use my persona to find out about this place behind the television, if I’m there again of course.
[She goes to sit back in the chair in the room as she starts to think about what to do, and hopes that one of friends would come and find her again as she pauses looking around. She really hoped her shadow wasn’t here again, even though she had accepted it.]

Rise had gone back to the spot light that was show business, and people were happy to see her again. She had secretly missed being here when she quit nearly a year ago, but she was now glad to be back and couldn’t wait to show everyone that there was more to her than just Risette, there was another part of her that was different and hopefully her fan will like this side as much as the last one.
She smiled as she had started to get ready for the filming that she was in today. Someone from the backstage staff had gone to get her and let her know it was soon time for her to go from her dressing room, to the set where filming was going to take place and act to a bunch of cameras.
“Okay, I’ll be there soon!” She sounded happy as she said it, running a brush through her hair, making sure it was split down the middle so that it was in two halves and putting up in her normal style, the way she likes it best as she looked in the mirror, checking out the little things like her clothers and what people usually pay attention to, her makeup.
Today on set, she was going to film one scene for a commercial that she agreed to do, which shouldn’t take to long given she had done commercials before. She looked at herself in the mirror, smiling as she said, with a happy sounding voice. “Let’s show the world the new me!”
