That being said, it does seem awfully amusing. I imagine this is gonna butcher the Tories the next time the elections *do* roll around - although it at least won't be for awhile, hehe! Does Canada have a 'Red Tory' faction, like Britain? Since Matthew's dollar is currently stronger than Alfred's (it's true, the Canadian dollar is now supreme. As an Alaskan, I have mixed feelings about this, bwahaha!), I guess economics is less of a worry than preserving social programs/social issues? Also, I think this is a great example of why we should encourage politicians to tape themselves.

Some delicious apples? Five dollars. A good iced coffee? Price varies, due to location. Political fallout? Priceless! :3

I think we have a version of it, but its not highly popular that it gets in the mainstream political radar. We have an amazing array of "official" political parties in Canada ( ... )
