I'm sorry for my delayed comment, LJ has been very annoying and not letting me log on since Wednesday.

I absolutely love this fic and everything about it. I especially love how Will needed Rachel to know that he was making love to her and that this wasn't about sex for him. And then her saying it back, that entire section was beautifully written.

I'm glad you are back, and I hope to read more from you soon! :)

Oh, no worries at all! That LJ hiatus nearly killed me! Of course the site had to be down just as I was all ready to post. It never fails, haha. :P

I'm so happy to hear that you enjoyed the fic so much! This was my first try at writing anything close to being remotely hot so I was biting the inside of my cheek a ton, hoping that it read OK. I feel really good about the turn out, though, and I'm glad I took my time writing that particular section. I wanted it to be portrayed as believable and real as it should be and I didn't want the intimacy of the sex to feel rushed.

You are an incredible writer yourself! It's always so heartfelt and I truly admire that. I'm really enjoying your latest and I'm super excited for another update!

First of all, I am SO GLAD YOU ARE ON LJ AGAIN. Secondly, you are so, so sweet, but you owe me nothing, dearie <3 Also, I love your new theme! Your journal looks very nice.

OK, so now for a real review. You already know I love it, but I must start by saying:

I loved this. The idea was perfect--that whole episode was screaming for a Will/Rachel moment (especially of the NBK variety). I normally don't like first-person fics, but I was surprised to find how much this worked for me. I felt much closer to Will, and sympathized with him because of this choice, I believe, so well done.

Will's resignation about his feelings was very interesting--it fit, for me, that he's come to accept it, to a degree, but he still feels guilty and awful about it all. It makes his breaking point more realistic and heartbreaking, I think.

I really liked this: Her knees were gathered up underneath her chin, and I couldn’t help but notice her beautiful dress that was spread out so angelically before her. This moment just struck me, as a moment he knew he ( ... )
