I have grand plans to fire up my smoker tomorrow, but only have a couple pounds of stuff to put in. If you want to smoke some meats, feel free to drop me a note and plan on coming by tomorrow early-afternoon.
We can hang out with beers in the afternoon while meat soaks up tasty flavor! Nom.
(I suggest an overnight brine to prep it.)

I wouldn't bother brining pork ribs, maybe the spare ribs though. Do some googling.
Thinking early afternoon-ish, almost certainly no earlier than noon. Let me know if you wanna come by and I'll call or email when I have a better time guestimate.

I have to be at my house around 5pm to prep for Factory Seconds shenanigans, but this sounds like a great way to pass the time. I do not have meats... I mayhap have some garlic or some tofu which might have fun in a smoker?
