In an attempt to add some spice to this space as well as perhaps answer my query.
For those of you who knoww, my absolute can eat everyday fav food is scrambled eggs.
I always thought it was simple, BUT IT ISN'T.

The two pictures below are pictures of MY favourite KIND of scrambled eggs.

i think the key is to add more milk or water too. prevents the eggs from coagulating into chunks like in the last two pictures.

Its the heat at which you cook the eggs. If the eggs are cooked at low heat, the protein chains wouldnt clump together. Mc Donalds give you the clumpy eggs because they need to serve food very fast, so they cook them at high heat to get the eggs cooked ASAP. Also, the air inside the egg mixture causes it to "rise" upon heating thus creating a spongy texture. If you want to get a not so spongy scrambled eggs, dont beat it too hard.
