It was, really! I'll post pictures of it on flickr over the weekend. It's overwhelming to be in that space with so many bones. The artistic arrangement of bodies always disturbs me a bit. Have you see Bodies: the exhibition:?

No, that isn't the type of thing I would have been able to take my daughter to, thus since we have no babysitters, we couldn't go. :(

While in Budapest: In the suburbs, there is a park where they took all the giant communist statues that got torn down in '89 and relocated them to the park. It is creepy and weird and kitschy and amazing.

I will definitely be going there! That sounds amazing. I hate that my time in these places is so short... after taking my time to get to know Prague, the rest of my trip will feel so rushed. I will just have to take some cafe time out in each place and just sit and people-watch.

There is also a very nice huge market in an old trainstation-type building in downtown Buda. I liked it.

Thanks! And thanks for your email too. Sorry I haven't responded... I'm just really loving Prague right now since it's almost over. I can't believe I've been here 6 weeks. It feels like I just got here and also like I've always been here...
