I found that men at an early awkward age have a tendency to banter terms as a macho right of passage to show you how far up the scale they have already been. It was more about getting all the bases out of the way then actually enjoying any specific action of the whole picture. I would have ran just because he felt the need to bring it up in such a manner.

Ahhhh yes, the infamous few weeks of dates, exploration, and umm... oh and the "Hey your best friend is kinda hot and if you like him then you should date him" talk and then pointing out that the whole best friends thing works for J & I so why can't it work for you two?!

Hehehe... that were some good times! Lotsa giggles and lotsa staying up late with the L Word!
