Turkey Roll-Ups

So, I've discovered a new love. Turkey roll-ups!

I use:

*One 8inch low-fat flour tortilla (Jalapeno & Cilantro is my favourite, made by Tumaro's) [2 WW points]
*One Tablespoon Neufchatel cheese (better flavour than regular cream cheese, and less fat!) [1 WW point]
*Three slices of tomato (I take out the seeds, sprinkle salt on them and set them aside to make them less watery. This is a good thing to do if you are packing it as a lunch that won't be eaten right away.
*One to two slices of turkey (or ham) [1 WW point]

Spread the Neufchatel on the tortilla, place the meat flat on top of that, then add your tomatoes and roll it up! You could slice it in half, but I'm never so patient ;)

The roll up is 4 Weight Watchers Points. I like to have two cups of fresh fruit with it (I'm lazy and buy the pre-cut melon and pineapple platters from the grocery) which is 2 Weight Watchers Points.

So, that's my 6 point lunch. A whole lot more filling than a 6 point frozen meal and almost as easy to fix.
