so the past week or two, I've discovered this: if you're too busy to eat, it's easy to lose weight.

how did you find out my diet. have you been reading my mind.

Ive been telling people that this diet really works for years and finally someone else belives it to be true

Or you could try my miracle diet! (Although I don't think it works quite as well as you because you eat late at night...and withyours you actually get sleep.)

Step One: Eat breakfast at 10 or 11am. It is the most important meal of the day!

Step Two: Go to work and eat something small on your 15 minute break (or the 15 min. it takes to travel between 2 jobs) like Doritos or yogurt, or both.

Step Three: Arrive home at midnight or later and eat pizza, a loaf of bread, or really anything you can get your hands on because you're too exhausted to actually make something healthy.

See? Very similar, you just eat a big meal at 1am when you're starving and exhausted. :P
