You basically have writtem my philosphy. While I am not in a foreign country like you Megan, that stuff still goes on with race. I can only be the best person I know how to be and give everyone a smile, that makes a big difference.

I am glad you are back to writing these types of entries, they are beautiful.

I agree! Thailand is the "Land of Smiles" and I have learned that when you smile, the world smiles with you. It was a great lesson in my life. Smiling is so easy and it a universal way of being nice!

nicely put. its a shame that things have to be like that, but they are.. no matter were we are. and like you said, the best thing to do is to just have patience and understanding. takes a strong person to do that, everyday of their lives, but you're doing it! you are amazing.
