☠CHARACTER☠
Name: Sakura Haruno
Status: Student
History & Bio: This pinkette started out with what can be supposed as a humble beginning. Two loving, caring parents, and a home in a small, but cozy two-room apartment.
As a child (and even today) she was a bit of a teacher's pet a good student, willfully abiding by the rules, excelling in her academics--that sort of deal. However, all the precautions she had followed were for naught, as she was the target for continuous teasing from a certain group of girls headed by one Ami Watanabe. And it wasn't the grades, nor the obvious pink hair that she was sectioned out for. It was her forehead, which had been bigger than the average. So it was that in the past, Sakura Haruno was a painfully shy individual to the point that she developed something of a louder, more outgoing, maybe even more violent split-personality in her mind: Inner Sakura. She got better though. A certain Ino Yamanaka had befriended her one day, and since worked to bring little Sakura out of her shell. (Though not as apt to admit it today so easily, Sakura looked up to her confident, blue-eyed blonde friend, and from her high regard came a desire to become an equal to Ino then.)
It worked, and the girl was able to become more vocal. By the time she reached high school, her inner-self's lessened down on the outbursts, since the pinkette herself speaks out more. On that note, she's also got a bit of a short-temper--especially towards specific kinds of more 'dirty' whims. This is also hypocrisy on her side for reasons that should be saved for another story. Her love of knowledge is something she kept with her growing up, explaining her fondness for trivia games, memorization, and more than occasional trip to the local library/bookstore. Sakura's inquisitive nature leaves her open to curiosity and she tends to questions things, if not aloud at least in her head. Also, her lack of self-confidence is another quality intact over the years. Often times, she finds what she does for others is inadequate and not wanting to be a burden to others, strives to do her best. One last thing to note are her feelings for a certain individual, and while they have matured, and are something she's less vocal about now as compared to the past, they remain a constant for her.
