Hello there.

It was L's 29th birthday on 31 October 2008.
I'd tried to finish this piece and to do it my best, for L is the love of my life. (Well, the phrase 'love of my life' is not to be taken so seriously, but still.) This took some time to do, but not as much as I expected it to.

I saw this earlier but I never got around to commenting, and it would be a shame not to.

This is amazing. I'm a fan of all of your art, but this is the best yet. It looks so real and detailed and a little bit sad. I especially love how L's hair turned out, and the wall behind him. I hope that you have enough time at some point to draw Light in a detailed style like that; I would love to see your take on him.

I really am impressed! You're constantly improving so much and it really shows.
