That is a combination of so entirely hot and freakin' adorable.

I haven't just stared at all the little details in a piece of art in a long time, but there is just so much to look at and admire here. I feel like I can almost touch all of the different textures. And the lights through the window are the perfect touch. Oh, and the expressions . . . so perfect!

And yes the preview sent my mind to very dirty places, which I have no complaints about. :3

Ah, I'm much better at reviewing writing than art, but this is gorgeous. My favorite aspect is the background; for some reason I really like grungy-looking textures like that in images. It makes the scene seem more real, or more artistic, or some combination of the two. I also especially like Light's hair, eyes, and expression, and L's hair as well. The whole style looks really great!

I have to say, I'm a huge fan of all of the art you've posted here so far; the very first image you posted (ep37 tribute) is one of my favorite pieces of fanart of all time. I hope you don't mind if I friend you as well so I can watch your journal. I think that would make you my first friend. :P
