Sigh. I have to suffer through these from my family as well. I feel your pain

Oh--and here's what I do to keep myself sane.

When I get one of these, I close my eyes, take a deep breath, and say "President Obama. Democratic majority. You've got at least four years. Send all the email you want."

And then I hit the "Delete" key. ;)
