2 tbsp butter/margarine 1/2 cup milk 2 tbsp cocoa 1/2 tsp coffee 1 cup SR flour 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 cup sugar 2 eggs

I usually double it cause i have kids who snorfle everything they see... and i usually add cocoa until its as chocolaty as i want it LOL sometimes I have added peppermint essence into it to make a choc mint cake too ...its mmmmm lol

Have you ever tried Louisiana Cornbread? Just use regular Duncan Hines Lemon Cake mix and follow box instuctions. While cake is baking, melt one stick of margarine in sauce pan on low heat. Add 3/4 cup of confectionary sugar and one whole lemon. Once both cake and mixture have cooled, pour mixture over cake. You have a moist and easy cake. Let me know how it goes.
