Only... it's flying awfully close to the tops of the trees - close enough to knock a few of the smaller branches loose as it passes. And on second look there's a veritable profusion of launch ramps near where Seifer's standing, presumably to launch the motorcycles

[And Rinoa's here, too, dressed in her traditional blue garb that she hasn't been able to wear for a while due to the cold. She's a little confused as to why she's suddenly in Galbadia Garden, when she was almost certain she hadn't been anywhere near the place before. And then, looking, she sees Balamb Garden in the distance- and Seifer standing nearby. She remembers this fight.]

[And now she gets to see it from the other end, as the two Gardens draw closer and the motorcycles rev their engines as the get ready for flight.]

Thought you'd be with Leonhart.

[He doesn't turn to look at her as he speaks.]

[Rinoa frowns a little, shaking her head.] I guess not this time.

[She watches the motorcycles and their riders prepare for the oncoming battle. To her, fighting like this all seems a little pointless. What's it trying to prove? And, more importantly, does it help?]

I always wondered why you decided to do this. [By "this" she more likely means "everything", but hey. The dream's a start.]

[Well, if she's there he isn't going to question it. It'll make an interesting take on the dream. He turns at the question though. He's never had to explain it before.]
