Based on various posts at the anonmene.

In verse, because of some altered / chemical mixup (NOT Yusuf's fault,) Arthur gets passed around from person to person like a party favor. Person A gets him on his knees, person B rides him, person C spreads him out on his back and fucks him into the floor, etc. etc. till he's passed out.

Basically gangbanging Arthur like the fandom bicycle that he is.
