related to Arthur messing up with the Fischer job, anon would love a fairy-tale-ish AU where Cobb is King of a ~magic kingdom and Arthur is his barren wife. Everyone is putting pressure on the royal couple to have offspring as succession to the throne, especially as there are people eying the throne. The royal couple's position is very tenuous if they cannot provide an heir and pressure is on Arthur as he remains childless.
Cue Arthur being so desperate to be knocked up he pleads with Cobb to fuck him every night, and they have filthier and filthier sex.
I've started this, and it's turning into a monster. I think it's a bit crackier than the OP may have wanted (try, this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever written), but there's going to be sexing and some mpreg, so hopefully that's okay? Hope you enjoy it

Arthur did his best to stand by him, because even though he had been bought specifically to do just that, to be Dominic’s best friend forever, he found, over the years, that it wasn’t really a job at all. He respected Dom, and trusted him, and admired him greatly, and he really, genuinely cared for the prince. It didn’t take too long for the prince to notice this, notice how devoted and loyal Arthur was, and then that lead to Dom realizing how good looking he was, and he realized that hey, Arthur would make a good Queen, because he’s so organized and thoughtful and good at planning and he looks so good in ridiculous clothing. The rest is history. Romance happened, a wedding date was set, some people where happy, some people were upset, because, oh, Arthur was a commoner, blah blah, that isn’t important to this story

They’d tried everything. All of the different positions they could think of, every possible configuration of their bodies, they had tried different medicines provided by their court doctor, Yusuf, but nothing would work. Nothing. Arthur was failing as a Queen, and it was eating him up inside. He hated not being able to do something right
