Well, we've had plenty of conversations about the wider world of extractions and dream share, and partly it's because Nolan crafted a wonderful 'verse without laying out every single detail. It lets us play around in the edges of canon and extrapolate to how it could be a real world situation, and I love that kind of thing. There is absolutely a wider network than what was shown in the movie, and it's obviously an international scene even if it's not as well known to ordinary citizens.

I don't have as much detail in my headcanon regarding the wider dream share world, if only because I don't have any stories quite as comprehensive as your Parlor Tricks timeline. The wonderful thing is that canon is so full of shades of gray that there can be any number of explanations for their backgrounds and skills that are equally valid and just as fascinating to see.
