As far as the strange occurrences that happened so often on the island go, George doesn't think the past week and a half has been so bad. Of course, he isn't exactly thrilled that they've all somehow been transported to 19th century London and that he's also been forced into the clothing of the time period, but it could definitely be worse. "Any day for wh--" George started, then it dawned on him, the only thing she could have meant. The only reason she'd show up at his door out of nowhere, that expression on her face.
"You-- you mean now? It's happening now? Oh god. Oh god oh god oh god. Okay. It's going to be okay. We just-- we just need to-- and-- and you're absolutely certain?"
They'd been preparing for months, and he still didn't feel ready. What if they'd forgotten something?
He had a list for this. He needed to find his list for this.
Gritting her teeth through another wave, she huffed out a breath, managed a tight smile and said, "Yes, absolutely sure."
She'd been prepared for this. For his inevitable panic. It was comforting, almost. At least, for now. A few more hours of it, and he'd be lucky to go on living. She might have been tiny, but she was quite capable of murdering him with her bare hands.
