Davids at my house right now. Drunk. Hes dealing with a buncha shit right now reguarding his house and hes highly pissed off b/c he is tired of dealing with it. And unless there is something that I dont know about, he has taken care of pretty much everything. According to David, he's done everything and he sent me a list of it all

Spackling is so easy. You pretty much open the can, put it on the tool (I hope they got the right hand tool), spread it on the wall, let dry. sand, paint.

Its kind of insulting to be accused of doing nothing. I was going to call, until David informed me he was. I came home earlier then expected Monday night to tidy up. I came home Tuesday (which I had plans not to be there) and tried to do alot to fix things up. I read over the contract to to find out how to go about things such as notice dates, inspection dates, etc. I contacted Dale (because I didn't have Charlene's number), to let him know we were not ready for the official inspection (as per our contract), but that I would be more than happy to walk through with her. I also plan on being here tomorrow morning, even though I was not orignally going to be here (so that I can walk the house with her). Afterwards we (Jolena and I) are going to try to paint the upstairs bathroom. I am thankful for all the things Dave and you have done, but I think its unfair to say that I am lazy, or havnt done anything to try to better the situation.

When David (and I) mentioned that someone needed to be there Thursday morning, both you and brandon seemed like you had other shit to do. Its your day off Pat. The lady, who you have never met, is coming over to the house. Make an exception! Brandon still acts like hes half asleep when her coming over is mentioned and you saying "i dont think ill be here. i had other plans" is just insane. David works that day. You and Brandon are off.

I contacted Charlene for my own reasoning. I was interested in the house and David said it was fine to call. So I did and she seems willing to lower the rent for us. She asked me to meet her there tomorrow morning to give her my ID. I havent done shit reguarding the issue other than help David clean.

I did make an exception, which is why I am here right now. I have been making exceptions for this all week. I don't mind doing it, because we are so short on time. I just don't appreciate being treated like I am not doing anything when I have been trying to put as much time as I can into this. The only reason I had mentioned not planning to be here was because it was only a couple days notice...so it caught me by suprise. But I said I was going to try to put things off so I could be here...which I did. I am here right now...and I plan to be here for the official walk-through.
