Old post is old but... heh... what about the Zantradi from Macross II?

Nnn, I've got to check this journal more often.

I eliminated "Macross II", because it's an alternate continuity and doesn't have any large impact on the main-line Macross material. That, and portraying the Zentradi as simple puppets of the Marduk/Mardook doesn't say anything about the role of a race as a whole, when there are no other speaking Zentradi characters in the OVA, except for Sylvie's ancestry.
