Backlogging: YES. FOREVER. I'm generally at work for about 10 hours a day with no internet access, so my tagging speed most of the week is considerably less than fast. I'm more than happy to backlog and backtag forever and a day.
Threadjacking: Case by case. If characters are generally attached at the hip, go for it but as a rule of thumb, please ask me first.
Hacking: Yeah, he's probably not going to make any locked posts.
Fourth Walling: Can be hilarious! However, to avoid extreme brainbreaking, a courtesy PM of your intent is appreciated, just in case.

Injury: Fine by me but don't go overboard. Want to break his nose? Punch him in the jaw and leave a hefty bruise? Go for it! Just be aware I expect the same courtesy. I let your hits connect, you let mine do the same - let's be realistic, you know? If you want to do something more permanent and/or disfiguring, discussion beforehand please.
Torture/Mindscrewing: I'm a horrible person, yes to both (with discussion).
Death: We'll stay away from outright killing him for the time being.
