Going to try and eat healthier this year? What tricks have you got up your sleeve?
Do you have a favorite comfort food recipe that you've successfully stripped down?
I want to try some different spice combinations like savory/mint as well. All of my recipes seems to start off with meat/garlic/olive oil/onions. Good stuff, but suggestions always

I was left rather ambivalent to my attempt.
I remember heavy spices and green olives, and that I don't like any flavor remotely licorice like.
I make a mean chicken cacciatore.
