this is why most cops get a bad rep expecially billerica cops, thats actually what my dad was trying to take care of by running for selectman. you know how this summer thier were like 2/3 cops for every telephone replacement, thats coming out of our pockets to pay for those cops to stand there and do nothing. im not saying cops are useless, they're good when they are doing their job. but again what happend to me the other day was an example of a bad cop being a prick

i'm not sure if its 100 dollars an hour. I thought for the talent show or something, alex said that they had to get a cop and she cost like 45 bucks an hour. It could have been a discount or something for a school, but it could easily be up to 100 dollars an hour. It probably depends on who it is, what it is, and what cop it is.
