Spray some salt on your knee, or some lemon juice... it'll burn like a fuker... and make your the wound red (and might re-open it) but it'll help.. it's Russian, it must be good .... :)

my doctor is like 60, and asian... he never makes mistakes... and he doesn't believe in throwing a fuckload of drugs at something that doesn't need it, which apparently doctors do MUCH too often. i had the flu that was going around, and everybody was all "MY MEDICATION IS *insert cool yummy flavour*" and when i went to my doctor completely expection to get myself some banana medicine, he was like "drink ginger ale, throw up lots, sleep lots, drink lots of water... aaaaaaaand don't do any major exercise."

Condoms?
The penicillin should work to clear up the infection... and I don't think it'll make the birth control pills you're on too much less effective (because yeah, I make sense)... unless you're like, the week before you're period... you still should be fine, but I wouldn't trust it.
