So, I got up this morning and pulled on some clothes and went out with Carissa... It's market day so we walked all the way down Market Street looking at stuff and then all the way down to McDonald's for lunch. Then we FINALLY got brave and ventured down to the Lotte Mart. i coulda told ya bout the tampons... XD i'm thinking it is because the toilets there are a bit weaker than ours to conserve water and also that Asian women might find them...disgusting and unclean...lol

Yeah, I did KINDA know they weren't gonna exist here, but you still hold out hope when you're planning on being in a place for more than 3 weeks. >_<

...Though... For the record... I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to flush tampons, even in the US. >_<

And really, I'm not going to make this argument to the whole of Asia or anything, but tampons are not really and more or less clean than pads, they simply make it less obvious when it's going on. They'll catch on eventually... maybe... *prays*

and some women -do- flush them even though they say not to...*shrugs* ...in Japan it was hilarious whenever someone ran out of tampons *dies*

yeah, but i think it has more to do with having the unclean product IN you instead of er...under you? lol that sounds horrible out of context!!!

I could not survive without tampons...I haven't worn a pad since I was 14. >_<

I would have them mailed to me. lol.
