I really like Fridays.

I really like Fridays. It is just a great feeling to be sitting here in my office and to think that I don't have to come here tomorrow. That I can spend some time on the water in my Kayak or on the bike trail instead of behind a desk anwering emails and phone all day long. I also am learning to enjoy Florida. Kayaking? That sounds lovely...I went white water rafting this spring, and I can't wait to go back to it.

I suppose there's not much of a BDSM scene in Florida? I would think with the apparent shortage of male Doms who like female subs they'd be willing to tolerate the challenges of long distance where ever you might move to. I dunno.

well.. long distance if very difficult and takes a lot of committment on everyone parts and I have found most people are just wanting the sexual aspects of BDSM and not other forms of control.. and long distance makes the sexual part hard to do.. so I go without.. bummer.. .

Oh, I know, it's really hard, and angsty and you walk around feeling like half of you is missing all the time. It's still SO worth it. And in a way the pain of separation has it's kink too. I've never been interested in the sex-only aspects of BDSM. Pro'ly why I've never had a Dom before now. Most men I've met seem want the sex without putting anything else into it. Maybe they were too young to grasp anything more. I want...no make that NEED the whole range of mental/emotional/psychological/physical domination. All or nothing, or it just won't work for me. It has to be believable...real.
It's hard to find the "right" sub or Dom when you're looking for more than someone to take/give orders, and have a role in the hay with. She's out there somewhere so don't give up.
