I pretty much live off of: soup, apples, salad, 100 calorie packs, the ocassional granola bar, powder ranch dip in the packet that you pour into the tub of sour cream with baked lays, bottled water, diet coke, and those "good for you" iced cream treats. sad. i ocassionally reward myself (on the weekend) with a burrito or some sinless sweet cream ( Read more... )

I think that your flight needs to find it's way to Louisville, Kentucky because then I could pick you up from the airport...it would be fun....it's cold here...brrr....

I freaking WISH my flight even had a lay-over in Louisville, Kentucky so I could spend even an hour with you!

I miss crafting, so bad. My boyfriend made me chocolate chip pancakes for lunch yesterday and I thought of you. Also because we bought the stuff at CityMarket which is a Kroger friend!

Well...i's Snday...and I could have picked you up. I am sure you found a ride no problem though...I hope!And you go girl with the excercise thing!! That will make all the difference in the world. I don't come home until NEXT Saturday night! Leslie is "tentatively" picking me up, which is good. Thank you for the encouragement, I need it. I know my roommates will provide it, too because they are great work out partners. I think I know the breakfast thing -- starting the metabolism, right? I hope you and your darlings are doing very well, too! <3

Just lemme know if you need someone to get you I know I can and am more than willing!That's good that you have a good support that helps for sure! And yes it revs up your metabolism...you skip meals your body holds on to what ever you put in it next and whatever is there because it doesn't know when it is getting fuel again...slows the metabolism...that's why it's good to eat small frequent meals. The girls are great and thanks for askin'!!
