I really loved this! The crack, the way the other members take Sho's outburst and make it into their own tradition and way of coping instead of a mistake or a stigma, something to be brushed over in the way that Nino's absence can't be--it was really well done!

My heart actually leapt a little with the "Nino was here," so the letdown when Aiba gets caught out was that much worse. The way you leave it unanswered--did something happen to Nino, did he just leave with no explanation--I love that you leave that open, even though I really want to know what happened . . . and if he ever comes back . . . I appreciate the withholding of narrative closure . . . but I want to know.

I'll shut up now, but this was awesome. And I couldn't help chortling at how appropriate your username was for this fic ^_^

Aww, thank you! Their way of coping here was a lot easier to write, as compared to what they're perhaps really do in real life if such a thing were to happen. D:

Explaining what really happened to Nino would most likely open up too many other questions, and perhaps ground the fic in reality much more than I would've liked it to be, so I'm really glad you liked it this way. :D
