Wee! New place!

Welp.. I moved in with Debbie, but not in her small ass apartment. She talked to the landlord about the problems she was having with it (water heater not working right, and a leak coming up through the floor) and offered a suggestion: She could get a roommate and move into the apartment above her. He seemed happy with it and we signed the lease
