got our new bike to go with our home gym works well but my butt is out of the habit so am working back into it slowly with shorter periods on the bike but using more than once a day. I have about 13 more kilo's to lose to be happy with my weight and about 18 more to lose to be exstatic about it at the moment i am just aiming to lose 4 more before

I like stairs.. Seems I have started to slowly lose weight at this new place just by using the stairs. And the job I am hoping to move to has stairs everywhere!
That sounds like a awesome idea.. could imagine you at some swanky publishing do and telling some pompous author to sod off for being a pratt ;)
