If you get buy a ticket for a gig and they send you back an e-ticket, should you feel a bit miffed about the shipping charge?

Yes, although given how excessive they always are you should be annoyed anyway.

Absolutely. It doesn't cost £2 to print and send a small piece of card. Doubly galling when it doesn't even have a hologram or barcode on (Ticketweb!) for security. And let's not get started on the 'card handling' fee. It's a website - how the hell else am I supposed to pay? Pigeon post?

Yes. Tho' why they don't just come clean and call the charge 'postage plus some random amount we added just 'cos we can' I don't know - it's what everyone thinks anyway...
