I just nipped a take-over bid on neighbouring desk real-estate by one of my stacks of papers on Friday before heading home for the weekend ;-)

I sadly have only one monitor on my desk, as the higher-ups here have a policy of making sure they slow productivity of contractors by giving us older machines and alloting us only one monitor each. Permanent staff, who of course cost the company less per hour of work they put in, are given newer, faster machines and allowed two monitors... (For the record, AFAIK everyone on the tech team, permie and contractor alike, agrees this policy is a bit short-sighted of management ;-P )

That's the home desk. Work desk has one less monitor, and is slighty messier.

I work from home, where I don't have a desk -- but the sofa is often full, as is the floor nearby, and the right-hand half of the stairs, and half the conservatory...
