I woke up with MondayMorningItis today. But i feel better now. Coffee has cheered me up.

Blake now has 2 black eyes. I freaked, thinking he had some kind of internal bleeding after saturdays fall, but the dr has informed me its normal. He looks like a battered child though, i feel guilty when anyone looks at him.

Last night, A went to bed at 6:30, and woke at 8ish, then 9:30ish, then 3am, then 5am. The longest stretch she slept was 4.5 hrs, which is actually much better than usual.

I need ideas (non-expensive ones!) of things to put in gift baskets for both men & women. So far i have toiletries and socks. I also thought of sweets/chocolates but they dont really mix well with toiletries.

The boys have all had growth spurts recently. They're all noticeably taller, and theyve all gone up a trouser size. And their feet! Blake was a 5.5, now he's a 7.5. Zach was a 9, now a 10. Jed was an 8, now a 9.5. Its bloody crazy!! No wonder they eat all day. And i have no monies!!!!

You know what i am sick of? Guilt. I feel guilty all the fucking time. Over the smallest things. Its all related to the kids. Its such a heavy, horrible feeling to carry around.

The ridiculous thing is that my kids are happy, brought up well, they're not neglected or abused, they are loved, sometimes they are spoilt, they are fed well, clothed, all ( Read more... )

I just noticed one of the kids had drawn on our LCD TV. As i was cleaning it off, i said to them "This TV costed FIVE HUNDRED pounds! Do you know how much that is?!" and Zach said "Errrr.... 64?"
