The kids were fine for the most part (especially if they were at my house) it's thier house that is from Hell. I cannot stress enough how nasty that place is. I offered to continue keeping the kids if they were brought to my house as they both work about 5-10 minutes from my here (I have to drive 30 minutes [each way] to get to their house, it just doesn't make sense.) But they couldn't be bothered to wake up 30 minutes early to have them ready & at my house on time. Whatever. I think if I got reliable daycare for next to nothing (literally) for my 3 children, I'd do whatever I had to.

One of my biggest problems was getting their kids to sit down to eat & drink. I can't even tell you how many times I've had to fish old nasty food out of the toddler's mouth that she had picked up from the floor (which the dog pees on & they just leave it... ( ... )
