please, please tell me what books you all absolutely love!! i've been catching up on light(er) reading this summer (davinci code, harry potter<3, and nick hornby's a long way down...etc.) I'm reading angels and demons, and wicked right now...but i'd love suggestions about what to read next. kthanksinadvance

I love all of Dan Brown's books. You look like you're on your way to reading them all though. lol.

I think you should read my favorite book ever, Where the Heart Is. It's a movie too. It's definitely light summer reading, but great all the same. :)

Summer's been pretty good. Lots of working and spending the money too quickly. :P I'm actually ready for classes to start again. Are you, Jenn, and Dena still rooming together next semester?

I like a trilogy called the Dark Material series. It's The Golden Compass, The Subtle Knife, and The Amber Spyglass. They are fantasy novels- sorcery, ghosts, angels, talkin polar bears, etc. I really like it. The series is by Philip Pullman.

Stones by the river. A fiction novel about a dwarf girl growing up in germany during the 2nd world war

The Red Tent. a story about jacob's wives from genesis.

White oleander. The novel is much better than the movie.

Cider house rules. the novel is also much better than the movie, and longer, and just... really good.
