character relationships.
MATT MURDOCK
Due to being a lawyer, blind, and someone who actually listened to him, Matt has become a peculiar, stabilizing presence for Harvey, much like Renee was. He's driven obsessively toward him, and tends to act out or commit crimes in order to get Matt's attention. He really just wants to hold his hand?

BATWOMAN
He doesn't know what to make of her, nor does he know much about her save for one apparent connecting factor: Renee. That alone makes him curious and disdainful of her. Disdain that's further helped by her insistence on stopping his creative 2-themed crimes.

BATMAN (DICK GRAYSON)
Batman, yes, but not the Batman he's used to. Although he hasn't figured it out yet, when it's discovered this Batman = Nightwing (= Robin) his interest will skyrocket. As of yet he hasn't strayed from his usual avoid-Batman-when-I-can-unless-I'm-feeling-like-it but it won't take much to change that, especially if Batman keeps getting in the way of his crimes.

REDBIRD (CARRIE KELLY)
He knew her first as (a) Robin, although he still isn't sure Robin and Redbird are one and the same. Really, the hair and timing is what he has to go off. Either way, she's very adept at getting on his nerves.

EDWARD NYGMA (THE RIDDLER)
He doesn't really get along with the other Gothamites, and the Riddler isn't much of an exception. Though the two share a penchant for obsessions and compulsions, rare is the day they really see eye-to-eye enough to be more than civil to each other. Unless "more" means violent.

JULIAN DAY (CALENDAR MAN)
Upon Calendar Man's arrival, it didn't take long for him to insert himself under Harvey's skin. After committing a crime on 11/1/11 in part to get on Calendar Man's nerves, the two have engaged in a passive-aggressive back and forth that may or may not result in a violent confrontation later down the line.

TEREZI PYROPE
She is still much of a mystery to Harvey, although the fact she is Matt's protege -- and also blind, and interested in law -- is what compelled him to pay attention to her. After all, one can only learn so much about justice from a lawyer. (Well, an active one.)

JONATHAN CRANE (SCARECROW)
Again, Harvey's relationship with other Gothamites is as fickle as the flip of his coin. He shot Jon Crane once during his early days in the City, but harbors no resentment toward him and would -- has -- let Crane know if someone was conspiring behind his back.
