That is very interesting! It's a shame I have not been to India yet...I use the word yet, because I really want to go...but I am very nervous, not only with where to go in India, but because of the economy now-a-days, and the expence it would cost.

I've been lurking this LJ account for a while, and it seems to be very useful, do you, or know of anyone, who could help explain the benefits of going to India, and the best places to go in India?

Thank you very much :)

Hey Anne

My name is Parul and I am the so called "Travel Angel" for the India Travels Community. I am an avid traveler and have been all over the country.

There's really an India for everyone and you just have to tell me what you really want to do and I can guide / assist you with making out a program. The first time 'must see' places include the Golden Triangle - Delhi (India's Capital and a place steeped in history), Agra (for the Taj Mahal of course) and Jaipur - because of its vibrant colours and forts and palaces.

Let me know what you have in mind...

Parul

I believe that without travel, our life is incomplete, when we have a facility of cheap international air ticket , we should utilize this.
