I feel like I've continuously gained weight for the past three years. I can no longer even think about wearing a two-piece bathing suit and because my chest has grown too- I can't fit into a lot of things at stores like wet seal, charlotte russe, and forever 21. I feel that my eating has gotten healthier and healthier as I've gotten fatter and ( Read more... )

you didn't tell me the title, or if you did i forgot. anyway, as i was reading it- i was thinking that it must be the book you were talking about.
are you making any changes since reading it?

Yeah, its the one i was telling you about. I no longer eat red meats and am down to chicken only really...im just going slowly, letting my body adjust to the whole "less meat" ideal. I only buy organic milk and slowly learning to drink less and steerign clear of anything with high frutous corn syrup or hydronated/partially hydo foods including no sodas witch i continually seem to fudge on hhah. But i dont think thats why im slimming down...im on a "get fit" program and busting my ass. lol. I also am remembering the laws of attraction and gratitude....i feel theyve been super helpful.
BEST of luck! You were near veganism anyhow, at least you went a meat eater and trimming tons of foods out...you got this no problem!

One of my coworkers read that book and she's no longer eating meat. She may have given up dairy too. She read a few key passages to me.

I wish you luck. I'd be a little nervous to read a book like that because it may make me never want to eat anything ever again. Hah.

i'm thinking about going vegan myself.

i don't know if it will be a forever thing for me either, but i'm definitely going to try it at some point and see how it goes.

good luck!
i would really recommend that book. just the phrasing the authors use is hilarious. its kinda like reading a celeb gossip blog while talking about food.
