so lauren and i are going on an "x treme diet"- only cantaloupes, watermelons, and honeydews for us for a week....let's see if this will actually work.
"x tremely retarded" diet. i dont understand why people don't get that your body needs certain vitamins, amino acids, and carbs. by only putting fruit into your body, you're depriving it of other things it needs.
idk thats sounds pretty gross lol I think it will make your poop weird with the lack of fiber try at least throwing in some V8, healthy and it taste amazing haha
seriously that is lacking in protein as well. your body needs certain things from a balanced diet. only fruit is not going to give you that. you might loose some weight but its going to hurt your body.
