Oh, if you could've actually seen that show, there would be no doubt at all, Garcia doesn't give a flying hot hoot about the welfare of the people he robs of their beloved pets. People like him just dismiss all the heartbreak as being deserved or unvalid, because to them, only the animals and their own pocket-books and egos matter. They hold the same disdain for suffering over grievous animal loss and violations of our lives the way a misogynist holds a rape victim in contempt when she cries. That's how cold hearted aw people get toward anyone they get it into their heads to persecute as an animal abuser. They're not victims of injustice to them, just terrible monsters that are worth no more than trash, so, definitely less worthy of consideration than any animal. And, these aw people routinely claim they see abuse where there obviously is none.
