God it's been so long since I've written in this thing and I feel like I almost have less to say than normal, but I am bored at work on my lunch break and not really sure what else to do. Lowlight of the day so far was being told that apparently my work OVERPAID me by about $300 while I was away in Canada, and now looks like I will have to pay it ( Read more... )

yes we tried to rock Canada...I think it's safe to say we definately rocked portions of Canada. Was great to play music in a foreign country...brisbane does get a bit repetitive after oooh say two seconds.

Yes can't wait to move to Hawthorne. Did you like it? What are some cool places?

i'm not sure if any of the stuff i even remember is still there.
it's been over ten years..
(yikes!)

but there was a kinda derelict musty yet curious pawn/antique-esque shop up on wynnum rd that i braved a few times to check out their ancient hip flasks & the like.. heheh..

some kinda not-exactly-awesome-but-ok-and-not-pizza-hut/haven/dominos frog related pizza joint???
it probably folded by now

is hawthorne cinema still alive?

i used to like the cemetery behind colmslie bowls club on (off?)(kinda??) bennetts rd...

+ there was a cracked up & mostly disused & probably demolished by now, but fun to ride yr bike on for two and a half laps anyway 'velodrome' infront of the afl ground, back in The Day.

i should go back sometime and see what's new.(gone)
