Tumblr

More people need to join this site. I mean really, because it's so small right now. And yes, there are a number of tweaks that need to be made, but it's still a neat idea and I'm kind of addicted to it. Sorry, LJ.

My page, if anyone's interested in adding.

Oh, and another plea: Back pain - please be on your way. I'm seventeen, not seventy.

tumblr ftw guys

I'm sort of stupid, so explain the site? I don't think I've ever seen Tumblr anything, I'm kind of reclusive with sites until somehow I get sucked in.

Why does your back hurt!

Tumblr is kind of like Twitter, only more multimedia friendly. You can post pictures, videos, quotes or just normal text updates which all appear on a dashboard, as well as the posts of those you're following. You also get your own page which displays all of your posts on a prettier layout ( ... )

Ahh, okay. Yeah, Twitter is kind of annoying that way, isn't it. Haha I don't need another online addiction, but I see one coming!

Aw yeah, don't you hate it when parents are right? This is why I never tell my mother anything that's happening with me - less opportunities for "I told you so!"

Oh, I'm just the same! That was probably the reason why I didn't get on board with it straight away, and yet, I still ended up joining not even a week after. I think these social-networking sites are slowly but surely destroying any chance I have of succeeding in higher education, but the idea of giving them up is just unthinkable :P

Oh definitely - and my mother is the worst for doing that. It's infuriating how guilty they can make you feel!

It's horribly addicting. It is so not helping me get my coursework done.
Me: "Work on 6 page translation? .....right after I check Tumblr, etc."
3 hrs . later
Me: "Right, I should get on that translation :/ "
more procrastination.
next morning, nothing done :D

oh! and hope you're feeling better :)
